Maintainers Summit

Python is much more than a programming language. It is a vibrant community made up of individuals with diverse skills and backgrounds. The Maintainers Summit at PyCon US is where the Python community comes together to discuss and foster best practices on how to develop sustainable projects and nurture thriving communities. We welcome pythonistas of all experience levels to attend, submit talks, and participate in this year's event.

Join us to share your thoughts and ideas and learn from your peers!

Get Excited for Ignite Talks

Do you have an idea that could spark discussion while helping the audience learn something new? Ignite talks are your chance to share it—quickly! Ignite talks can highlight tips, challenges, and lessons learned that help others navigate open source contributions. Personal experiences are welcome as ways to connect with the audience and share impactful lessons learned.
